my plantation on the North side of Sandy run joining Cabbin Branch, JOHN 
DAWSON, THOMAS FOXHALL and other lands of ETHELRED RUFFIN. Witnesses: JOHN 
HART, WILLIAM EDINS. Aug. Court 1745.
