Indenture made 6 Jul 1799 between Joseph Johnston and John Pipkin both of 
Northampton for 185 pounds land and plantation in Northampton containing 238 acres 
bounded by John Pipkins corner and Langfords line.
Reg: December Court 1799 - Proved on oath of King Parker and executed.
