   3 May 1751 - JOHN LONG of Surry Co., Va., planter, to FRANCIS HUTCHINS of 
Surry, Va., for 30 pounds Va. money, 100 acres south side of Maherin River 
joining the old County line, a slash, WILLIAM HILL and Cypress Swamp, part of 
a patent to RICHARD WALL in 1743. Witnesses not given. Feb. Ct. 1752
