Northampton County, NC Deeds, Pender-Pyner, 1743-1878

Indenture made 12 May 1812 between Isaac Parker of Jefferson County and state of 
Ohio to John Pipkin of Northampton Co, NC for $1,625, 1,213 acres land in 
Northampton being a patent granted to Jesse Williams and parts of patents granted 
to the following persons: John McMeiles, Bryan Daughtry and James Bryan and 
bounded by main run of Wahaw Swamp, Bear Swamp, Dawsons line, Henry Sherrods 
corner, Walner Bustows corner, Shadrack Futrells corner, Joseph Lassiters orphans 
corner.
Wit: Jonathan Wootton, Samuel Parker and Josiah Parker
