Northampton County, NC Register of Deeds

Indenture made 17 Aug 1811 between John Pipkin and Benjamin Roberts both of 
Northampton Co for $160, 40 acres land in Northampton bordering John Pipkins line, 
Benjamin Roberts line part of a tract of land Pipkin purchased of Nicholas 
Washington.
Wit: Exum Sily and Samuel Clark
