15 Nov. 1741 -- SAMUEL RUFFIN and SARAH, his wife, to ROBERT RUFFIN, 20 pounds 
of Va. money, a certain plantation and woodland belonging to our brother, JOHN 
MCWILLIAMS, died seized of, we, co-heirs with our sister, MARY HOOD. 
Witnesses: JACOB PERSON, GREEN HILL, WILLIAM BODDIE. Nov. Court 1741
