side of Yourah Swamp joining the said BENNETT'S home plantation, SAMUEL PEET, 
POLLOCK, WM. TAYLOR, JOHN BASS, part of a patent granted said THOMAS SMITH for 
640 acres 11 Apr 1745. Witnesses: JOHN BODDIE, JOHN SUTTON. Aug. Court 1745
