Indenture made 29 Dec 1825 from John Warrick, Thomas Warrick, Jobe Warrick and 
Wilie Warrick of Northampton County, and John and Wilie Warrick of Duplin County 
of the one part and Everitt Stancell of Northampton County of the other part, that 
the said John Warrick and Thomas Warrick and Jobe Warrick and Wilie Warrick for 
$74 land in Northampton on the main road leading from No Hampton Court house to 
Branche's Bridge, Crumplers corner line, adjacent to E. Stancell, along said road, 
R. Aycock Shop containing 75 acres. Registered April 12, 1826
