Indenture made 8 Jun 1811 between Richard Washington of Lenoir Co, NC and John 
Pipkin of Northampton Co for $550, land in Northampton containing 137 1/2 acres 
being part of the lands of Etheldred Washington that was allotted to Richard 
Washington as one of the heirs of the said Etheldred Washington and bounded by 
Robert Coopers corner, Benjamin Roberts corner, Thomas Washingtons line, Nicholas 
Washington line.
