Indenture made 8 Jun 1811 between Nicholas Washington of Wayne Co, NC and John 
Pipkin of Northampton Co for $550 land in Nothampton, 137 1/2 acres land of 
Etheldred Washington allotted to Nicholas Washington as one of the heirs of said 
Etheldred Washington and bounded by Thomas Washingtons line, Richard Washingtons 
line, George Washingtons corner.
Wit: Benj Roberts and D C Carden
