II, P. 6 PERCY CALE TYLER COURTLAND – Percy Cale Tyler, 60, well-known resident, formerly of Northampton County, N.C., died Monday night at Raifoed Memorial Hospital after an illness of ten days. He was the son of the late Euphratus and Mrs. Rosa Lee Tyler of Northampton County. He was a member of the Courtland Baptist Church and Sunday school. Surviving are one son, Earnest Tyler, and one daughter, Miss Angela Tyler, both of Annapolis, Md.; three brothers, George H.Tyler of Jackson, N.C.; Willie R. Tyler of Margaretsville, N.C.; and Grady E. Tyler of Branchville; two sisters, Mrs. Bertha B. Garris and Mrs. Jesse R. Barnes, both of Margaretsville, and nieces and nephews. Funeral services were conducted at the Holland Funeral Chapel in Franklin Wednesday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Robert Lee Bailey, pastor of the Courtland Baptist Church. Burial was in Severn Cemetery, N.C. Pallbearers were Marion Tyler, Calvin Woodard, Cecil Barnes, Harwood Babb, David Kitchen and R.G.
