RICHARD THOMAS WADE

    Richard Thomas Wade, 79, died at the home of his son, John Wade, in Lasker, 
N.C., Saturday, January 23.

   Husband of the late Mary Rebecca Wade, he is survived by three sons, John and 
Willie Lewis Wade of Lasker, N.C., and Albert Wade of Franklin; one sister, Mrs. 
Nettie Warren of Murfreesboro, N.C.; seven grandchildren and seven great-
grandchildren.

   The funeral was conducted at New Hope Methodist Church in Lasker, Monday, 
January 25, at 2:00 p.m.  Burial was at Meherrin Baptist Church, Murfreesboro.

   Pallbearers were Bobby, Donnie, and J.V. Wade, Redelle Cotton, Bob Marshall 
and Lester Collier.
