Northampton County, NC - Will of Jacob Bunn, 1805

In the name of God, Amen, I, Jacob Bunn of Northampton
 County and state of North Carolina being weak in body but
 in _____?____ sound sense and memory knowing that it is
 appointed for all men once to die do make and ordain this
 my last will and testament. And first I commend my soul
 unto the hands of Almighty God and my body to the dust to
 be buried in a Christian like manner at the discretion of my
 executors and as touching my worldly estate wherewith the
 Lord hath helped me with - give, dismiss and dispose of in
 manner and form following.........
Item. i give the whole of my estate to my beloved wife
 Elizabeth Bunn during her natural life or Widowhood after
 her dec'd I give and bequeth to my son-in-law Hardy Lewter
 five Shillings and give to my grand-sons Henry and Thomas
 Lewter six pewter plates apeace. 
Item: I give and bequeth unto my grandson Elias Lewter all
 my land and plantation where-on I now live to him and his
 heirs forever. I give unto my grandson Elias Lewter one
 Negro woman by the name of Edy and all her issue to him
 and his heirs forever.....
Item: I give and bequeth to my grandson Elias Lewter
 except the legacies above given all and ___?___ my house
 hold goods and furniture, stock of horses, cattle, hoggs, 
 sheep and all other commotities that belong to me to him 
and his heirs forever. 
 
I renounce all other wills by me made ____?___ my
 grandson Elias Lewter  & my wife Elizabeth Bunn my
 whole and sole executors. Where unto I have set my hand
 and seal t9th day of July 1793.

Northampton County, June Court 1805 when the above will
 was proved in court by John ____?___ and at same time
 Elias Lewter qualified executor. Ordered to be certified and
 recorded.
