We command you to make known to Humphrey Gums that he personally appear before the functions of our court of plea and greater Superiors to be held for our County of Northampton on the first Monday in June next, then and there to return an oath his account as guardian to Elijah Gums and an inventory of all the estate of the said Elijah Gums ____as by law he is bound to day and this he shall in no wise ______ under the penalty of the law enjoins.
