Hughes In the name of God Amen I, Tabitha Pipkin of the State of North Carolina being weak in body but of sound memory thanks be to God for the same knowing that I must die do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in form following that is to say I commission my body to the earth and my soul to God and my estate as followeth Item. I give to Ann Sherid, wife of Joel Sherid fifty pounds Virginia currency to her and her heirs forever. Item. I give to my cousin, John Pipkin all the remaining part of my property as it may be found at my death with paying all my just debts out of the same to him and his heirs forever. Item. I do appoint John Pipkin sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby disown and deny all other wills heretofore by me made and declare this to be my last Will and Witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal June 26, 1808.
