James, Jr. is buried at Popular Grove Plantation near Scott's Hill north of Wilmington on US Hwy 17.  The other Foy children married into prominent families of Onslow, including Spicer, Dudley, Rhodes, Nixon, Cox, and Montford.  NOTE: Provided that Hiram, Enoch, and Frederick were brothers, then James Sr. had more than one wife and children by both.
