Lucy Foy, wife of Enoch d 1-19-1805
Enock Foy, md 4-1805 (sic) Applis Sanderson, b 1-15-1787
Nancy Foy, dau of Enoch & Applis, b 1-28-1806
James Foy, son of Enoch & Applis, b 9-29-1807
Joseph S., son of Enoch & Applis, b 9-17-1809
Miles Foy, son of Enoch & Applis, b 5-21-1811
Applis Foy, wife of Enoch, d 2-27-2812

NOTE: From Dennis Jones - The Foys of Jones and Pender/New Hanover County all 
descended from Captain James Foy, Sr. and Elizabeth Ward of Onslow County.  
Enoch is buried at Clay Hill Plantation on Island Creek Road just east of 
Pollocksville in Jones County. James, Jr. is buried at Popular Grove 
Plantation near Scott's Hill north of Wilmington on US Hwy 17.  The other Foy 
children married into prominent families of Onslow, including Spicer, Dudley, 
Rhodes, Nixon, Cox, and Montford.  

NOTE: Provided that Hiram, Enoch, and Frederick were brothers, then James Sr. 
had more than one wife and children by both.
