This Bible more than One Hundred years old is now (1937) owned by Mollie 
Hargrove Jones, Jonesboro, La., a great Grandmother of Jabez Sanders and (1) 
wife Susan Lewis. [This must be a great Granddaughter.]

Daniel Sanders was born in the year of our Lord, April 8, 1767.

Tamar Weeks was born in the year of our Lord, March 5, 1769.

Samuel Sanders, was born in the year of our Lord, May 28, 1797.

Jabez Sanders, was born in the year of our Lord, Dec. 17, 1798.

Daniel Sanders, was born in the year of our Lord, Jan. 4, 1801.

Mary Sanders was born in the year of our Lord, Feb. 27, 1803.

John Sanders, was born in the year of our Lord, Oct. 27, 1806.

Tamar Sanders, was born in the year of our Lord, March 7, 1808.

Benjamin Sanders, was born in the year of our Lord, May 5, 1810.

Elisha Benton Sanders, was born in the year of our Lord, June 15, 1813.

Daniel Sanders and Tamar Weeks were married Aug. 1, 1796.

Their children were:

Hiram Aswell and Mary Sanders were married June 12, 1817.

Solomon Aswell and Tamar Sanders were married Nov. 3, 1822.

Daniel Sanders and Nancy Bronson were married Dec. 5, 1822.

Elisha B. (Benton) Sanders and Martha Jane Robinson were married Dec. 8, 1842.

Jabez Sanders married (1) Susan Lewis. (2) Nancy Russell Feb. 3, 1831.

Daniel Sanders departed this life July 9, 1842.

Tamar Sanders departed this life Feb. 10, 1852.

Samuel Sanders departed this life April 17, 1823.

Eliza Aswell departed this life July 16, 1823.

Jabez Sanders departed thislife Jan. 25, 1852.

Copied from a tombstone in the cemetery at Minden, La. 

"Benjamin Sanders born July 8, 1784, died Oct. 15, 1852."

Eliza Aswell . . . a dau. of Hiram and Mary Aswell, born May 10, 1821.

Jane Aswell was born Oct. 2, 1822.

James B. (Benton) Sanders was born Oct. 2, 1823.

The above Daniel Sanders was a son of Samuel Sanders, died in Carteret Co., N. 
C. Will probated Feb. term 1796. Daniel Sanders died in La. and was buried in 
the Sanders burial ground about six miles west of Vernon, La.
