David S. Aman was born near Jacksonville, Onslow Co. April 1, 1833, the son of 
James and Elizabeth Aman.

David S. Aman was married to Ruth Jane Morton, Jan. 4, 1859 at her father's 
residence.

Ruth Jane Morton was born near Swansboro, Sept. 1840, died at Palo Alto, Dec. 
27, 1920.

D. S. Aman joined the Methodist Episcopal Church South, Aug. 1871.

Adella Morton was born near Swansboro, Jan. 17, 1848, died at Bridgeton, N. 
C., Oct. 25, 1920.

She married L. G. Thomas, born at Richlands on Jan. 5, 1846.

John Scott Caton, born at Goose Creek, Pamlico Co. May 10, 1837, died at 
Middlesex, Nash Co., July 10, 1914.

Catherine Dulaney Caton, born at Durham Creek, Beaufort Co., June 21, 1852, 
died at the old home at Goose Creek, Oct. 18, 1916.

David S. Thomas was born at Richlands July 22, 1882, died at Bridgeton, March 
22, 1955.

Beulah B. Caton was born at Goose Creek Jan. 1, 1855, died at Alexandria, Va., 
Nov. 20, 1954.

David S. Thomas and Beulah B. Caton were married April 17, 1907 at Rock of 
Zion Church, Grantsboro, N. C. by J. W. Alford.

Catherine D. Thomas was born at Newport, Carteret Co., June 12, 1908. She 
married at Swansboro to Louie F. Hargett on Dec. 26, 1931.
