There is a huge magnolia tree in the corner. It is fenced. There were nine readable markers and some footstones. Summersill Dec 27, 1845 / Sept 17, 1917 Aretus N. Summersill / Born May 3, 1847 / Died Dec. 26, 1898 Inscription reads: One precious to our hearts has gone The voice we loved is stilled. The place made vacant in our home Can never more be filled. Our Father in His wisdom called The boon His love had given; And though on earth the body lies, The soul is safe in Heaven. There is also a large monument with just the word "Summersill" inscribed. Recorded by Fran Henderson on April 30, 2000.
