In the Superior Court 

To the Sheriff of Onslow Co, Greeting:

Whereas, Judgment was rendered on the 10th day of January, 1914 a justice of 
Onslow County between Maye C Petteway Administratrix plaintiff and Geo Bryant 
is defendant.

In favor of the said Maye C Petteway Adminix against the said Geo Bryant for 
the sum of sixty three & 32/100 dollars as appears to us by the Judgment roll 
filed in the office of the Clerk of said County, and whereas the judgment was 
docketed in the County on the 17th day of January 1914 in the sum of Sixty 
three & 32/100 Dollars is due thereon, with the interest on said amount from 
the 10th day of January 1914 and the further sum of two & 30/100 dollars for 
costs and disbursements in said suit expended whereof the said Geo Bryant is 
liable.
