Henderson February 14th, 1901. North Carolina Onslow County Jacksonville Township In the matter of Mary S. Henderson widow of B.M. Henderson Petition for Years Support Report of Commisioners The undersigned H.C. Cannady Justice of the peace & Fred Hargett & C.C. Morton Commisioners duly Summond and sworn do hereby assign and allot to Mary S. Henderson widow of B.M. Henderson deceased the following articles of personal property of the value annexed to wit: Household and Kitchen furniture 60.00 1 Mortgage and note vs. George Green 25.00 1 Note and mortgage R.M. Buck 5.00 1 Note and mortgage vs. Abner T. Pearse 60.00 1 Note and mortgage vs. Thomas Blackwell 55.00 Two Belows 5.00 1 Sorrel Horse 80.00 1 Sorrel Black Horse 30.00 and B.M. Henderson's part of resources of his fathers Estate 80.00 Amounting to years total in sale $400.00 There being a deficiency of articles on hand to make the years support we acess such deficiency at Four Hundred Dollars to be paid by the personal represenitives. We also find upon examination that the number of the family of the said widow exclusive of herself is (7) seven to wit; Hugh T. Henderson age 14 years Lessie O. Henderson age 12 years Effie Lee Henderson age 10 years Raymond H. Henderson age 8 years Mary Bell henderson age 6 years Clifton H. Henderson age 5 years Charles Carlton Henderson age 2 years. This February 14th 1901 Signed: H.C. Cannady J.P. F.W. Hargatt C.C. Morton Judgement for Deficiency In this case the Commisioners who were appointed to lay off and allot to Mary S. Henderson widow of B.M.Henderson and the above named minors this years support out of the Crop Stores & provisions and personal property od the deceased B.M. Henderson having filed the foregoing documetation it showing a deficiencey in the sum of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) It is therefore orderded adjudged and decreed that the said Mary S. Henderson and the aforesaid minor children under fourteen years of age recieve of the personal representitives of the said B.M. Henderson deceased the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) the amount of said deficency to be paid when personal assets come into his hands - together with the costs of this proceeding.
