Application For Years Support
To Saml S. Gerock Justice of the Peace

	The undersigned widow of Benj. R. Henderson deceased being entitled to a
years support for herself and family respectfully apply to you to have the same
alloted to her as prescribed by act of assembly
dated the 16th day of September 1878

To any lawful office of said County:

	You are hereby commanded to summons A.J. Aman and C. Gerock Jr. to be
and appear at the residence of Matilda Henderson in said Township on the 19th
day of September 1878 at 10 oclock am to assist in laying off and ajoining to
Matilda Henderson widow of Benj R. Henderson deceased, a years support for herself
and family.  Therein fail not and of this summons make due return.

In the matter of Matilda Henderson Widow
	
	The undersigned Saml. L. Gerock a Justice of the Peace and A.J. Aman 
and Charles Gerock Jr. Commissioners duly summoned and sworn do hereby ajoin and 
allot to Matilda Henderson widow of Benj. R. Henderson deceased the following
articles of personal property of the value annexed to wit:

300 Pounds of Pork @ 6cts			$18.00
10  Barrels of corn	@ 25/			 25.00
3   Hogs		@ 30/			  9.00
2   Carts		@ 75/			 15.00
Household and kitchen furniture including 4 beds, 2 pine tables 5 chairs and cook
stove values at 100.00 also some old notes. One on R.D. Ready for $12.01 one on 
Edward Parker for $9.57 one on B.S. Scott for $4.08 one on Daniel Eubanks for
$18.95 one on Daniel Kellum for $3.70 one B.F. Pellitier for $275.00 one on
W.J. Provow for $2.50 two on H.H. Thompson for $9.65 two on D.J. Humphrey for 
$9.20 one on Issac Hewitt for $3.60 one on Duncan Parker for $7.25 one on
John W. eubanks for $4.50 one on Benj. A. farnell for $7.25 one on Benj.
Simmons for $1.25 three on Lemeul Stiles for $16.80 one on Jessie Melton for
$12.75 one on Newton Riggs for $0.15 and one on Abner Kellum for $5.30

Ammounting to the whole to			$403.21
Value of all other property			 167.00

Total						$570.21

We also find upon examination that the number of the family of the said widow
exclusive of herself is Seven.  There being a deficinecy of the articles on
hand to make a years support.  We access such deficency at $429.79
