Onslow Co

Whereas on the examination of Susannah Harman single Woman this day taken upon 
oath of before us, Zack Barrow and Neal Hopkins two of the justices of the 
County a fore said it appears that she is now delivered of a child and charges 
Hustes Humphrey with the same. These are fore in the same of the state to 
command you to bring the said Hustes Humphrey before us or some other refuses 
to answer the above charge given under our hand this 9th day of June 1792

To any lawful officer to execute and return

Orart states the Huestes Humphrey, give bond & security for the maintenance of 
the with in mentioned child, on which he the sd Humphreys' appeals to Oct 
court & gives L Jarman security to abide the sentence of the said court.
