In Court October Term 1798

Ordered that the Clerk ifsue notices to all executors, administros & guardians 
who have failed rendering to court an account of this respective trusts that 
they be required to settle the same next term.

In conformity to the above order I have hereto subjoined a list of the 
administrators & guardians who have failed & negotiated to settle their 
accounts agreeable to law & the former notice revised on them, they are 
therefore required to render such settlement as next term & thereby avoid any 
further cost that may be incurred by further delay
