On application of Edward P. Hall who intermarried with Eliza Ward, daughter of
George Ward, dec d. for the division of the personal estate ______? between 
sd. Eliza Ward & Eli Ward her brother. Ordered the Jabriel Hancock, Danl. 
Dulaney Esqs. Charles Snead, George Hazard & Richard Collins divide the same & 
make report thereof to next court.
