Onslow County, NC - Obed Williams Deceased, 1810

NOTICE

Is hereby given that Obed Williams Esq late Sheriff of Onslow County,
is dead, intestate, and the subscribers, at the last Term of Onslow
County Court, obtained letters of Administration on his estate.

All persons having claims against the said estate are required to
exhibit their accounts and demands of whatever nature to the
subscriber within the period and agreeably to the directions of an
Act of the General Assembly passed in the year 1789 entitled "An
Act to amend an Act, entitled an act concerning proving of Wills
and granting Letters of Administration, and to prevent frauds in
the management of intestates Estates. Those indebted to the deceased
are earnestly requested to make payment to
