Mason http://www.genrecords.net/emailregistry/vols/00022.html#0005225 October 26, 2020, 2:50 pm Written: 1812 Onslow County, NC Register of Deeds Bk. 4, p. 77 John Brittin of Onslow County, NC to Samuel ESLICK 11 July 1812 This Indenture made this 11th day of July 1812 by and Between John BRITTIN of Onslow County & State of North Carolina of the one part and Samuel ESLICK of the other part, witnesseth that for and in consideration of sum of Fifty pounds to me in hand paid by the sd. Samuel ESLICK before the unsealing and Delivering the Receipt, I do hereby Acknowledge Myself fully Satisfied contented and paid and by Virtues of them presents do Bargain and sell unto the sd. Samuel ESLICK his heirs and assigns forever all and singular that piece or parcel of land situate lying and being in County aforesaid Beginning and running as follows-to say Beginning at a Gum one of the corners of HUGGINS patent on the East side of Bare Creek that Running with HUGGINS lien N 15 West 302 poles thence East 22 poles thence Running along a row of marked Trees - 20 East 346 poles to a Stake at the North of a small gum? which Empties into Bare Creek thence up the Various courses of the Creek to the first Station containing One Hundred acres of Land be the same more or less whereas this deed will now plainly appear Reference bing had to a Pattent granted to Jonathan WOODALL which Bargained and sold lands and premises. I do Warrant and forever defend unto the sd. Samuel ESLICK his heirs and assigns forever as Witness to the same we have hereunto set our hands and seals the day and year above Written.
