Burk his wife Daniel M. Bush Daisy L. Bush his wife William W. Bush Pickett L. Bush his wife and Henry E. Taylor and Pauline L. Taylor his wife ----? of the first part In consideration of the sum of thiry two hundred dollars is in hand by the said B. F. Hall and Frank Andrews the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and bargain sell and convey to the said B. F. Hall and Frank Andrew and their heirs all that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in Jacksonville Township County of Onslow State of North Carolina except 1/2 acre known as the Lesesne burrining land joining the lands of Charles C. Lesesne B.L. Kellum and others and bounds as follows to wit: Beginning in New River at the Mouth of Hammonds Mill Branch and running thence up said creek to the mouth of Little Deep Gulley Branch thence up said branch one hundred and twelve poles is a Poplar at the head of said branch thence North 22 1/2 degrees east 119 poles to an Ash in a small drain in bottom thence down said drain in bottom north 19 1/2 degrees west 20 poles to a branch mouth of said drain in Hammonds Creek thence up and with the run of said creek 339 poles to a Black Gum in the head of said creek thence south 84 3/4 degrees East 258 poles crossing Rudy Road to W. W. Martins corner thence North 70 1/3 degrees east 60 poles thence north 10 west 60 poles to a fence by Josiah Huggins old Home thence north 26 2/3 degrees west 271 poles and 19 links to a stake on B. L. Kellums line thence south 51 1/4 degrees west 28 poles to a fence in the edge of the? thence west to edge of the ? about 54 1/2 poles to a line that Corner of Charles C. Lesesne thence with the said C, C, Lesesnes line south 52 1/2 degrees west 52 1/2poles thense south 30 degrees west 287 poles to a front on the Jacksonville and Richland Road 56 poles from W. W. Martins China Tree Corner thence continuing with said C. C. Lesesens line south 25 degrees west 560 poles to the run of New River thence down and with the river of New River to the mouth of Hammonds Mill Creek the begining. Containg Nineteen hundred and thiry five acres by estamates the same being the land alloted to Lucy A, Lesesene, Pickett R. Lesesne, Julia A. Lesesne and Pauline Lesesne in the disvision of the land of their father Dr. Charles Lesesne as ins shown by the papers filed in a special proceding before the clerk of the Superior Cout of Onslow County State of North Carolina in the case entitled W. W. bush and wife Pickett R. Bush, Lucy A. Lesesne and Julia a. , Pauline and Charles C. Lesesne infant by their general guardian A. C. Huggins and the land above discribed being Plate number 2 three pair abn five as shown in the report of the commissioners appointed to divide and partition said lands which is filed in the office of the clerk of the superior court of Onslow county state of North Carolina in which referance may be had for a full description of each share herin conveyed to have and to hold the aforesaid tract or parcel of land and all privliges and appentuances thereto belonging to the said B. F. Hall and Frank Andrew and their heirs and assignes to their only use and be kept forever and the said B. A. Burk and Daisy L. Bush his wife (Mrs. Julia A. Lesesne) William W. Bush and Pickett R. bush his wife and Henry E. taylor and Pauline L. Taylor his wife parties of the first part covenants with the said B. F. Hall and Frank Andrew their heirs and assigns that they are seized of said promises and have right to convey the sum in fee simple that the same confer and clean of all encumbrances and that they will warrent and defend the said title to the same against the claim of all persons whomsoever. In witness wherefor the said W. A. Burks, Luck L. Burks his wife, Daniel M. Bush Daisey L. Bush (Mrs. Julia L. Bush) his wife, William W. Bush Pickett r. Bush his wife and Henry E.
