George Cogdale of Carteret to William Hadnot of Onslow - 400 pounds - 440a in 
Onslow against Bear Inlet - adj W. Melvin's corner. Land surveyed for Sarah Dupree 
and released by Daniel Richardson. Richardson by deed 20 Oct 1715 conveyed said 
land to David Dupree and David Dupree conveyed the land to George Cogdale.
