Jacob Fields and wife Huldy to Peter Padrack all of Onslow - 200 pounds - 160a in 
Onslow against Carr Inlet on the side of Deep Creek - adj Earnals line - land 
granted by patent to Christopher Gale by the Lords Proprietors bearing date 20 Jan 
1713/14 and conveyed down by deed to Richard Ward dec'd and by his last will and 
testament given to her the said Huldy his daughter.
