Indenture made December 28, 1744 between Jacob Lewis of Onslow and Joseph 
Hansley, for 50 pounds land in Onslow on the Oyster Bay adjacent to Richard 
Grover, James Maginnis land containing 175 acres.
Witnesses: Wm Crawford and John Jones
