Indenture made December 28, 1744 between Jacob Lewis of Onslow and James 
Maginnis, for 70 pounds land in Onslow on the upper side of Glovers Creek, 
Jane Crawfords corner, east side of New River containing 350 acres.
Witnesses: John Jones and George O Cooper
