Woodhouse Rhodes to Benjamin Hall, both of Onslow – 340 pounds – 400a in Onslow – 
500a granted to Henry Rhodes Sr., 100a excepted as burial ground not exceeding ¼ 
part of one acre – other 100a excepted out of said patent agreeable to the 
courses of the land that Elijah now possesses – adj west side New River and 
Stone Creek, W. A Devoll, Rhodes Br.

Another tract 1 ½ acres – adj Old Mill where Colonel Henry Rhodes formerly lived 
and died and bequeathed to his son, he dying before coming of age and fell to 
his brother Woodson H. Rhodes
