Woodhouse Rhodes to Anthony Rhodes, both of Onslow – land in Onslow - for the good 
will which I have and for the better support and maintenance of Anthony Rhodes
1st tract – 200a - adj south side Gravelly Run, Cart Rd, Woodson Rhodes corner
2nd tract – 300a - adj patent near an old tar kiln bed, Battles corner, Asa Rhodes 
reserving the use of the cleared land for my support during my natural life – if I 
regain it then to be the full right and property of Anthony Rhodes.
