Ward and William P. Ward his brother all my right, title & interest in the estate of Houston Roberts deceased consisting of land and negroes now in the possession of my Grandmother Margaret Newton so directed by the will of her former husband Houston Roberts and at her death to be divided among his children equally or among their representatives equally. I Houston Williams being the son of Boneta Williams the daughter of Houston Roberts and Margaret his wife.
