Item #44, a single monument with two sides.  This side of the monument is 
dedicated to Sarah Amanda Sanders, the wife of Daniel Lindsay Russell, Jr. 
(Governor of NC) and daughter of Isaac Newton Sanders, Jr. and Sarah Caroline 
Burns.

Additional Comments:
David Ward Sanders and Isaac Newton Sanders, Jr. were brothers.  There was 
about a 17 year age difference between them.  D.W.'s daughter, Caroline 
Elizabeth married Daniel Lindsay Russell, had only one child, Dan'l, Jr. and 
died shortly thereafter.  Sarah Amanda, "Manda", was the oldest daughter of 
I.N. Sanders, Jr.
