Additional Comments:
Robert White Freshwater, was the son of John Asher Freshwater and Leah Ann 
Hawkins.  He married the widow of Benjamin Haskins, Kitty Caroline Sanders, in 
March of 1878.  She had three children by her first marriage, Sarah Caroline, 
Kate R. and David B. Haskins.

Three daughters were born to Robert W. and "Carrie" S. Haskins: Thalia Alma, 
Alice J., and Caroline Sanders Freshwater.

Their daughter Alice J., died before her third birthday, and Carrie's son, 
David B. Haskins died when he was 10 years old.

Thalia Alma Freshwater married Lawrence deLafayette Morton, the son of Wesley 
Edward Morton.  Caroline Sanders Freshwater married Samuel Isaac "Uncle Sam" 
Farnell, the son of Aaron Fox Farnell.

Sarah Caroline Haskins married William Walker Russell, the son of Daniel Ward 
Russell.  Her sister, Kate, married another son of D.W. Russell, Daniel Ward 
Russell, Jr.

I have the middle name of R.W. Freshwater as being, "White", which was told to 
me by his granddaughter, Grace Sanders Freshwater Day (04/2006).
