Agreeable to Wm. Fullwood..Will

Benjamin Beesley, Joshua Jinkins Declares that Wm. Fullwood gave his Land and 
Negroe to his child 
All the rest he gave to his wife after paying his Debts.
but if his widow Chose to marry and leave this place she was not to move the 
child nor Negroe, but was to be left under the care of his Father as long as 
he lived--
and then under the care of his brother John or James Fullwood.

this may certify that Andrew Fullwood apperared in open court and qualified to 
the witness Will this 15th of October 1788
