Gillett, Letters of Administration State of North Carolina In Probation Court County of Onslow In the matter of the application of Isaac F. Gillett for Letters of Administration upon the estate of John A. Gillett It appearing to the satisfaction of the court that John A. Gillett is dead and that he died without leaving any lasts will and testament and that the applicant applies for Letters of Administration upon said estate after the renunciation of Catherine J. Gillett widow of said deceased & others jointly entitled with this applicant. It is ordered decreed and adjudged that Isaac F. Gillett be and is hereby appointed Administrator upon the estate of the said John A. Gillett deceased upon his entering into a bond in the sum of Ten Dollars and taking the oath prescribed. Said Gillett comes into court and tenders his bond with W. J. Montford surety which bond being applied Letters of Administration are hereby issued. March 17th 1883 In the matter of Onslow County, NC Probate Branch Administration of the Estate of Petition John A. Gillett To the Probate Judge of Onslow County N.C. We the undersigned heirs and distributees of the personal and real Estate of John A. Gillett deceased and entitled to letters of Administration of the said estate respectfully petition that Isaac F. Gillett be appointed administrator and letters granted accordingly of this estate of said Gillett & we hereby renounce all our rights of Administration on the estate of said Jno. A.
