Settlement of Barnabas Henderson Jr. Estate 1810

Onslow County In Court July term 1810 ordered that Daniel M. Dulany & Joseph
Marshall Cms, be appointed to settle the Estate of Barnabas Henderson with
Ezekiel Henderson Ext. and report the same to next Court.

In act lorrend with Ezekiel Henderson Executor by act of sales ammountiing
to   28-3-9

In pursuance on an order of court to us dirrected we have proceeded to audit
an settle the estate of Barnabas Henderson decd. with Ezekiel Henderson
Executor and after duly examining the voucher we find a ballance due said
Executor of two pounds nine shillings with out his bringing his charge in.
Given under our hands the 5 day of October 1810
