Being thro the Abundance Mercy of gooness of God Tho weake in Body Yet of a Sound and Perfect Understanding & Memory do Constitute this my Last Will and Testament & Devise it May be received by all as Such. Imprais I Most Humbly Beqeath my Soul to God My Maker. Imprice I give My Body to the Earth From when it was taken to my Worldly Estate I will and possibley Order that all my Just Debts to be paid. Item: I give to my Dear and Loving Wife During her Widowhood or life Time this house and plantation where on I now live & planatation Tools & one Bed and Furniture also five Head of Cattle one Horse after her Decese to my youngest Son John Henderson. Item: I give to my Daughter Sally Trott one puter Bason. Item: I give to my Daughter Poley Henderson one bed and furniture one Cow calf one Linning (Spinning?) Wheel One Chest one puter Dish. Item: I give to my son Daniel Henderson one Hundred and thirty acres of land liing on the west Side of the grate No. East of New River to be sold and my Debts Paid and the remainder part to be put out at interest til he Should come to age also two Steers. Item: I give to my Son Isaac Henderson the House and land where I now live Containing One Hundred and Ninty Acres liing on Starkeys Creek one bed and furniture one Shot gun one Bool also I leave my Wife my Exetrex. and my Trusty Brither Ezekiel Henderson in Company with her This 25th of June 1802.
