Huggins decest and set off unto Owen & Neomi Huggins their propotionable 
parts of Sd Negrs We have proceded to divide and set off unto Owen Huggins 
Lot No. three valued about nine hundred and twenty five dollars and the Minor 
heirs to pay unto the said One Twenty five dollars and we have set off unto 
Neomi Huiggins Lot no Four valued above at nine hundred and fifty dollars and
