(1) Item - I leave unto my beloved wife Elizabeth during her widowhood the folling property to meet all matters part of my plantation where I now live, so as to including my Mansion house all out house’s and the improvements there on with the privilege of timber on any part of my land to fence the same, in _____ ______ for and ___ live of here down and ______ of and all my real Estate also four beds and furniture and the balance of my house hold and ________ furniture also all my stock of cattle, with the exception of four cows and ______, which I shall here after dispose of in the later part of this my Will, also two head of horses her choices also all my stock of sheep about twenty head in number also all my flock of geese about twenty ___ in number also two horse each and gear, four plows and gear her choice _____ ____ and pigs fifty barrels of corn two ______ five hundred pounds of pork, two thousand pounds ___________ in, one barrel of hog lard. My stock of bees, ten pounds of sugar fifty pounds coffe, one barrel flour and other _______ that. The may think necessary to make out a year supply for her and her family. Also I leave unto my beloved wife during her widowhood the Following negroes, ___ Leah, Sarah, Nelly, Mary, Harriet, & Harriet (_______) Hamah a child, in ________ _____ for and in live of her part of my personal Estate also I give into my beloved wife fifteen dollars. (2) Item - I give and devise to my daughter Larah one negro slave named Eliga aged about three years old and two cows & ______. (3) Item - I give and devise to my Son one negro slave named Tom aged about twelve years old, one horse named _____ about four years old, one earling filly named ________ aged about eighteen mouths and two cows ______. (4) Item - I give and devise to my son John Jarman one hundred and twenty dollars, for which I conseder as a __________ in land with my other childern that I have given land to here tofore. (5) Item - I give and devise to Luke Jarman all that track or parcel of land that I now live on adjoining the lands of Hannah Mashborn, Braddoe Jarman, Joreph Brock, and Edward Ervins containing by estimation nine hundred acres be the same more or less exception of the widowhood estate of my wife lent to her in a formen item (1) of this my will, to have and to hold to him and his hers in fee, simple forever. (6) Item - My Will and devise is that all my property as mentioned and devised in the first item of this Will leave to my beloved wife Elizabeth during her widowhood at her deceased to be dispord of in maner and from following first my negros as above named and leave Biz, Leah, Sarah, Nelly, Mary, Harret and Harret ______, & Hannah (a child) to be equal divided amongst all my childern to there and there alike absolutely & forever also the balance of property as mentioned in the first item of this my will leave to my beloved wife during her widowhood the _______ of my property if any after taking out the divsed and ________ above mentioned shall be sold and the detts, awing to me collected and the suplus over and above the payment of detts expense and _______ that such suplus to be equally divided among all my childern in equal __________ to share & share alike to them and each every of them there Executor administrator and ______ absolutely forever and lastly I do hereby constituent and appoint my sons Thomas Jarman,and John Jarman my lawful Executor to all intent and porpoise to Execut this Will and Testment awarding to the ____ _____ and meaning of the same and every part and leave there of here by revoking and declaring utterly void, all other Will & Testments by me here fore made.
