Onslow County } I William Mitchell disposes of my property in the No Carolina } following manner (viz) my will is that my wife reside on the plantation where she now does & that she has all the cleard land that is included within the boundery of a certain fence discribed to the subseriting witness with a sufficent of fire wood & timber ______________? ___________________? & that during her life & I w___? her to have the follow negroes (viz) eva to her & her heirs (viz) Old artn? Lea his wife Jock & Juda his wife also Cloa Maranda & Phebe I also will to her, her choice of two horses ____? beds & furniture six cows five sows & pigs ___? Yoes & lands & as much of the kitchen furnitur as she wants, & the ballance of the parishable property to be sold & the ballance of the negroes & lands to be hired & rented out by my executer until my son William comes of age & then for him to draw his proportionar part of sd. property & so on as each & evry one comes of age except my daughter & she to have her part when she marrys or comes of age, ____? further I want my executer to have the educating of my sons & my wife that of my daughter & if my wife should die before my daughter is raised its my wish that Mrs. Ewd.
