Negros Jacob, Amey and Nancy. Said Negroes not be carried out of the state. One mare and colt named Modesty. One sorrel horse. Two cows and calves. All my plantation tools. Two thirds of my household and kitchen furniture. One half of stock of hogs and sheep. My crop. A sufficient support the insuing year for her familys use. After death of wife, Negroes may and shall return back to my family. Nancy I give to my son John Simpson, Jacob I give to my grand son Richard Mashbern, Amey I give to my grand son Henry Mashbern. I give unto my son John Simpson at the death of my wife my dwelling house and out houses. Also after her death to John all the land I lent her. One Negro named Andrew. One Negro woman named Pat. One Negro named Toney. One Negro named George. All remaining part of my stock such as horses, cattle, hogs and sheep. I give unto my son-in-law Daniel Mashbern one Negro woman named Ester. I give to my grand son Richard Mashbern one Negro girl named Alsey and one Negro girl named Beck. One Negro boy named George. I give to my grand son Henry Mashbern one Negro girl named Hannah. One Negro girl named Anna. One Negro boy named Kincy. It is my will and desire that if either of these my two grand sons should die before they arive to the age of twenty one years that the said Negroes herein given should go to the other brother. Lastly I do hereby constitute make and ordain my dealy beloved friends John Simpson and John Pollock executors and my dearly beloved wife Anna Simpson executrix of my last will and testament.
