Written: May 16, 1780

To my loving daughter Hannah all my land and tenements to her lawful the 
lawfull begotten heirs of her body only.

My wife having her third during her life.

I give my household goods and all my cattle, horses, mares, hogs to my 
daughter Hannah only my wife to have her choice of the third of the lands 
during her life and after her death to her daughter Hannah.

Appoint and ordain my friend Joseph Morgan, Richard Simpson and my daughter 
Hannah my executors and executrix.
