In the name of God amen. I Sarah Ambrose being in ill health but of sound and 
perfect mind and memory blessed by God but calling the mortality of my body & 
knowing it is appointed for all once to die do this 3rd day of September 1824 
make and publish this my last will and testament in manner follow that is to 
say, I wish my property all of it real and personal to be equally divided 
between Reuben Ambrose, Daniel Ambrose, Silas Ambrose, Peter Ambrose, Sarah 
Dobson, Rebekah Humphrey and Rosannah Harget.  I do ordain constitute and 
appoint Daniel Ambrose and Silas Ambrose Executors of this my last will and 
testament in witness whereof I herein do set my hand and seal this day and 
date above written.

This last will and testament of Sarah Ambrose was duly proved in open court by
