I, William Fisher of the State of North Carolina & County of Onslow, being of sound and perfect memory, blessed be God, do this day the 7th Oct. in the year of our Lord 1834, make and publish this my last will and testament in the following manner. ITEM I give and bequeath all my land to be equally divided between my two sons, Peter Fisher and Daniel Fisher. Likewise two beds and furniture and the residue of my property I lend to my beloved wife during her life or widowhood & after her decease to be divided equally between my two daughters Sarah Horn & Elizer Horn.
