ITEM I wish my wife Elsy to have the use and benefit of all my lands cleared and uncleared during her natural life for her use and the advancement of my two youngest children, John & (Guy or George ?), but if my wife should marry again, then I wish her to have only one third part of the cleared land during her life. ITEM I wish at the death of my wife or at her marriage for my lands to be equally divided amongst all my children which I have had by both of my wives. ITEM I wish all my perishable estate to be sold by my executor and the proceeds thereof to be applied to the payment of my debts, and the balance of any be equally divided amongst my three young children, Redding, John & Guy(?). Then I nominate, constitute and appoint David W.
