Know all persons by these presents, that I, Thomas Littleton, being sick and weak of body, but of sound, discerning mind and memory, do make and ordain this my last will and testament in the following manner and form. My will is that my body to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executors hereinafter mentioned, my will is that all my just debts be first paid in manner and form as follows, that is all my perishable property to be sold by my Executors as a credit of six months to pay my debts, and should there by any balance over of paying my debts, it is my will to give all to Margaret Elizabeth Ramsly (?). ITEM I give to Margaret Elizabeth Rumsly (?), fifty acres of land lying on the east side of New River adjoining the lands of Edward B. Dudley, Wm. Henderson and Charles Thompson and whereon I now live, during her lifetime, then to the heirs of her body if any and should the said Margarett Elizabeth Rumsly (?) die without any heirs, then it is my will to give the said fifty acres to my brother Solemin Littleton and I hereby make and ordain my worthy brother Solomin Littleton Executor of this my last will and testament.
